I am starting a small business with a friend.. we are trying to come up with ideas for crafts to make?
Me and my friend want to try starting our own business. Ecentially we will be opening a small head shop that will have everything from hollistic medicine to tye dye shirts to hemp necklaces, and maybe some silver jewlery…. Anyways we have to start saving up money and getting our name out there. So we have decided to start getting involved in swap meets. Basically everyone meets up and tries to sell there different crafts and whatnot we figured this would be a good way to network and learn a bit about what we were doing. So I wanted to know if anyone knew any other crafts we could add to our swap meet inventory we are just gonna start with tye dye and necklaces, but we are open to all different sorts of crafts. Does anyone know any fun crafts that we could add to our list that wont be to expensive to buy into and could help us gain profit??

There are many crafts you could make…
Things like :
Occasion cards.
Hanging mobiles.
Photo frames.
Another idea is, you could buy plain bags, different colours but plain, and add your own little detail, like beading, ribbons, tie-dye, buttons and badges ect.
Have fun!
It would be hard for someone here to give you a item to market in your area.
If you have a dancer community you might try things geared toward them like belly dancers.
If you have a music community you might try an item geared toward them.
Small pouches and bags are usually reasonable to make or buy and paint, bead or tie dye.
