It is no longer available directly from Amazon, so I assume it’s out of print, but there are fifteen copies listed on Amazon that are available from various other sellers, priced from $14.97 to $30.00, depending upon the condition and the seller.
If that’s not enough of a choice, you can try abebooks.com, which today lists 26 copies, priced between $8 and $45. So, you have lots of options.
