I am looking for a cutter for scrapbooking that cuts borders?

I have tried scissors but they never work right. I just want to have a nice border besides straight. Any suggestions? I have a hobby lobby by my house.

If Hobby Lobby doesn’t have any paper cutters, I know you can get oness that make wavy lines from Creative Memories:

You can get border punches from most craft stores. Stampin’ Up! has several:

You could also try eBay as well for scrap booking equipment.

I hope you find what you are after!

I am not sure how much scrapbooking you do, but the cricut is a great tool for borders and anything else you want to cut. There are many places online where you can find the cricut machines.
