Craft for Food

I am looking for 7-9 inch plastic toy horses for less than $10 for craft projects. Any suggestions?

To keep the price down on my crafts I need to buy toy horses that cost less than the ones that I have found online so far. Some websites like Oriental Trading have inexpensive packages of small horses but have no larger horses sold individually or in packages.

   Do they need to be new? If not, I recommend having a look at http://www.modelhorsesalespages.com/sales/ on the pages that list “remake bodies”. In the model horse collecting hobby “bodies” are horses that have been damaged somehow. Most have scratches or rubs through the paint. They are often sold to artists who wish to repaint or re-sculpt them.
