Craft for Food

I am in Malaysia, would like to look for doll face that made of plaster and thin of fabric on top?

I am making stuff doll, I need doll face to make my doll look beautiful, I can make stuff doll head but it does not look neat and pretty like those doll that sells in the doll shop, Please help. Thank you

   Best I could find were doll making supplies, with eyes, eyelashes and other parts.
