How would I go about selling my quilling creations online?

I am having trouble finding too much information about selling my quilled creations online. I am looking for information on how often items sell online, if it is profitable to sell lots of smaller quilled creations, if the public is interested in purchasing quilled items, etc. I am interested in maybe getting in contact with someone who is currently selling quilled creations online and how well their business is doing. Also I was wondering if purchasing a booth in a craft mall would be a good investment and if it would even pay for itself after some startup costs.

There are some websites that you can have your own store on. Etsy.com is the most well known. It is similar to ebay but is geared toward crafters. I am a knitter and tried it for a few months but found it wasn’t the right site for me.

I am currently setting up a store on a site called ecrater.com. It is free, and gives some very good direction on setting up your store and marketing your product(s) on the internet. I don’t know how much traffic the site actually gets but you can link through them to Google and ebay so you could get more visibility that way.
