I haven’t heard of online websites, but I think the best way is to buy a book from a craft store such as Michael’s arts & craft store, AC Moore, or Jo-Ann that teaches you how to scrapbook. I think it is easier to have a book reference because they usually have a ton of example scrapbook themes and pages and show you how to do everything step by step. If you use a coupon (that these three stores give out weekly), then the price for the book is pretty reasonable.
