how much to sell baked good at a craft show?

You will need to know what you spend on each ingredient down to the price per cup of flour. I have always kept a log to keep track of ingredients with the prices per amounts listed. Once you know how much you spend on one batch of product then find out the going rate in your area for that product. Food Service usually looks for less than 30% food costs, meaning that if an item sells for $10, that it takes less than $3.33 in ingredients to make, the remaining cost of the item goes to all the over head and labor costs, and hopefully profit.
If you are selling individual pieces, then the price for banana bread slices is usually around 75/80 cents each. Cookies, 50/60 cents, brownies 60/75 cents.
