How much product should I make for craft fair?

I’m selling scrabble tile pendants and I’m trying to figure out how many to make for a christmas craft fair with over 20,000 people. I think I’m going to sell them for $10. No one else here is doing them. Anyone have a clue how many to make?

Make some up with common names, then custom make them as ordered. If you waste your tiles, replacing them will lower your profits. I suggest you charge by the letter instead of flat rate. 3 initials for $5, names of 5 letters, $10 anything more than that, $1.50 per letter. When I engrave glass, I charge by the piece, the detail of design and time spent. That might sound mercenary but, how much is your time worth?

Make enough to cover at least 10x your booth fee and expenditures.
