How do you use those vellum sheets that they sell in the craft section of stores?
they are so cute and i want to use them in my scrapbook but im not sure how.. do they just transfer on to a piece of paper when you rub it or is it not supposed to transfer at all or what. any crafty artsy person out there know what to do?

When I use them, I use them over something I printed on another paper, because they’re somewhat see-through. Or I have seen a quite a few people use them for wedding/graduation invitations/announcements and you can print quotes or whatever on the vellum, punch holes and tie it to a colored or patterned paper with a ribbon.

It depends on what exactly you’re talking about.
Plain Vellum sheets: I’ve used as backing or overlay or even put stickers on them and then put that on the page.
Vellum Stickers: just like normal stickers though the vellum shows on some colors and not on others.
Vellum Rub-Ons: somewhat difficult to use but with patience it can be done.
