Build a bear is a very good store that you can make stuffed animals at.

1)Build-a-bear. They allow you to pick a bear, stuff it, put a heart inside of them, and they even have a dress-up station where you buy clothes, and you get a birth certficate !

2)but if you’re on a budget, you could use old pantyhose, stuffed with cotton balls and button or googly-eyes. Tie thread thightly around some cotton balls to make hands or feet. You could also use felt in a triangle-shape for the beak.
*TIP* owls are supposed to be “Smart”, so use wire or pipe cleaners to make glasses for him XD Have fun!
