I’m assuming you’re putting stuff into a real baby bottle with a sealing disc or something blocking the opening??

If paint and water separated, what about using white glue that’s been thinned down with distilled water? Not sure if that would work; just an idea. And to simulate juice you could do food color in water.

This might be one of those things where it’s easier to buy the storebought doll bottles where the juice or milk “disappears” when tilted. Yeah, they dry up after a year or so but then you can buy a new one.
