How do I get People to join my Scrapbooking Group?
I just started a Scrapbooking group and I have 8 members (including myself) and I am the only one who posted anything. I have posted 10 times and no one will post or email me back. I am trying to make a fun group for Swaps and Challenges, I even bought stuff tonight to bribe them to get involved but no one is responding. What are some suggestions to motivate my current members and find more (serious scrappers) members? Serious answers only please. Thanks!

Some people are slow to scrapebook. I would suggest that you start off with easy challenge pages for them. Ask them to post a pic or the page when they are finished. Hope that it works out for you.

So you’re talking about an online group, right? Not a group where you get together and have crops. I’m a fairly serious scrapbooker, but honestly don’t have much time for online groups. I’m too busy either sewing or scrapbooking to mess around online.
If you want to get a group together though, I’d do it with real people, not online. I have a friend who opens her house up, and about 5 or 6 of us regularly show up with our assorted stuff, and crop away for hours! We bring munchies and just have a ball visiting with each other, while getting something productive done. Hope this helps you.
