My first thing to do would be to get a blog set up with WordPress-buy your own domain name for $10 get cheap hosting from say Hostgator around $10 month for unlimited domains-do not go for free blogs-Also make your domain name keyword rich-example I make candles and like to teach people,so my blog is candlelessons4u,it then ranks better in search engines—- Now comes the hard work-Regular posts on helping people make their own jewelry etc-with links to pages and photos selling your quality home made products-Join Paypal so people can buy from you on line.
Depending if you want to spend some money Adwords can help but is expensive-There are many free sites to put a add on-join Twitter, build up followers and tell them about your blog and products–
Then there of course is Ebay-
Never forget selling in markets and fairs,no that is not on line, but you will sell some, hand out your B/cards or flyers so people will visit your blog.Just a few things hope that helps-feel free to look at my blog to give you a idea how to write posts.Make sure you have a regular news letter, that gets followers and you keep in touch with them showing any new jewelry pieces you have made etc.

I would go with etsy.com . It’s a site specifically designed for a community who like to make and/or sell handmade or vintage items.

    https://www.etsy.com/register.php

Just be sure that whatever username you pick is what you would like the name of your store to be. Otherwise you’ll be stuck with a weird store name. :)
