HEY ALL SCRAPBOOKERS!!! What is the best adhesive for gluing felt to paper for scrapbooking?

I am trying to glue white felt I cut out with my die cutter to the top of a pennant triangle to make it look like snow. The felt is the kind that you can buy in sheets at the craft store. Nothing special. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks for your help!!

Fevicryl and glue gloss. I do a lot of felt sticking. It is really cool.

I have found that most bulky embellishments like chipboard, metals or felt hold well using “Glue Dots”, and they are safe to use on scrapbook pages with photos and memorabilia. Good luck!
