Help! What is this craft tool called? (Used for shadow boxes)?

I need to find out the name of a craft tool used for making shadow boxes. It looks like a quilling tool – size of a ballpoint pen with a curved, flat piece of metal where the nib should be. It’s used to curl back the edges of pieces of paper or card in delicate crafts such as shadow boxing.

Anyone know??

The tool you described sounds like the blunt pen used in scratch-boarding. Perhaps it was a cross-over application.
