Have you tried the new CRAFT LITE CUTTER that’s advertised on TV?

It looks like it would be perfect for scoring and cutting decorative edges on hand made greeting cards…

Has anyone ordered it and had a chance to see if it works as well as it does on the infomercial on TV?

Or found a place selling it for less than $19.99 + s&h?

I saw your question and decided I would finally open the Christmas gift I got (the Craft-Lite Cutter). The cutter seems pretty sturdy, cuts straight, the light works well (almost too bright) and it comes with 6 different cutter edge types. I tried 3 out and it worked very good. The instructions say to press firmly down while sliding the cutter and they are not kidding. You are to press down pretty hard to cut through photo paper.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

    p.s. We got the cutter from Harriet Carter for 19.98 + S & H.

The cutter is a neat concept but very flimsy. Large paper cut outs can become crooked due to lack of bar support past a couple inches.

DO NOT BUY directly from Craft Lite Cutter as there is NO customer service. Made 5 attempts to return a duplicate order I DID NOT place only to have them tell me I have to pay to ship it back!! Perhaps you could have better luck dealing with another company who has an excellent customer service record. I did ALL sorts of research on this cutter before ordering but there wasn’t anything out there at the time.

    BUYER BEWARE!!
