good activities for kids?

I work at a daycare kind of thing for kids age 5-10, I am supposed to come up with two activities for the kids to do for the month of november. One was going to be making apple pizza but I still need one more, it could be games, crafts, recipes, anything, do you guys know of any good things or sites?
thanks!

got a good one for november that i recall doing when i was in grade school, you will probably need to look up some instructions but im pretty sure it was fairly simple, you make your own turkey call, if i recall correctly you only need 1 plastic cup, 1 piece of string, 1 piece of tape, and 1 small sponge.

tape the string to the bottom of the cup on the inside, hold it upside down, if i recall correctly you wet the sponge and pull on the string, sounds like a turkey call.

    have fun!
