For those who love beading and making jewelery…?

I am starting a new hobby with beading, I enjoy creating earrings and bracelets, I even subscribe a couple of Beading Magazines, however, some of the parts can be very costly. I have seen a couple of web sites with reasonable prices. I also do scrapbooking. I buy most of my beads and other essentials tools at Michael’s and Beverly’s Fabrics (the only craft stores in my town).

Is there a favorite link or place that you find a lot cheaper?

Do you have a favorite craft store?

Fire mountain is always great! Also, I usually buy my beads from a local bead store here in town. Once i started going in on a regular basis and made friends with the owner, I was able to get a lot of discounts. Look in your town for little shops that only sell beads. It’s different than big craft stores. I just started selling my jewelry on Etsy.com and they have a lot of artists there that try to sell their extra beads to fellow jewelers. Check out my shop while you’re there! http://www.DesignsByLoni.etsy.com
