Ok, well sounds like you need to look up the abbreviations for the basic crochet stitches (and make sure you actually know how to do them before hand) before being able to read these patterns–after you know that, they become very easy. “Sc” stands for “single crochet”, “Dc” is “Double Crochet”, “Sl st” is “Slip stitch”, “Ch” means “Chain”. Do you know how to crochet (the basic techniques) and are looking for someone to show you how to make this particular scarf, or do you need help with crocheting in general? I would suggest you learn the basics first if you have not already done so, and there are many people already on youtube who offer great tutorials for beginners. My favorite user is tjw1963, “The Art of Crochet by Teresa” and she also has a great website that offers many patterns for both beginners and experienced users.
