Hello, I am not the best at crafting things but I am the creative type! I like being thoughtful and giving gift people love and appreciate. I’m looking for hand made projects for crafting, but please something simple! If you’ve ever taken a workshop or an expert at making something (simple in making) please share!

Ideas: Candle making workshop, Card making workshop, I really like the whole creating a blanket without knitting thing! Stuff of this nature PLEASE…thanks so much!

I just decorated some picture frames for my friends with pics of us in them. The scrapbooking aisle of the craft store has tons of things to decorate a simple, flat front picture frame. Also, beading is as simple or complicated as you make it. Bracelets are easy and make nice gifts.

You would probably like Altered Art. It can be mostly paper or use up what supplies and what-nots you have on hand. You can incorporate your work into picture frames, greeting cards, wall art, photo albums or anything you’re in the mood for. You can spend as much or as little as you like, I think you’ll love it!

I’d suggest you also check out the Craftster.org forums! The site covers a *very* wide range of crafts, including simple ones, and most of the members (joining is free) are teens and young women.

You can just see some examples from each board (in alphabetical order) here:

But *all* their main craft forums are down on the right on this page:

(…be sure and click on each board there to see all the sub-boards that may be under it as well)
