   no but Joann’s fabrics sells lots of it and its not too expensive depending on the type you but usually a couple bucks a yard

   No. Joann’s does sell fabric and it is up to you how much you spend. You can spend from $2. a yard up to $35.99 a yard.

   I do suggest you pre-wash all fabric before beginning any project.

   Last time I looked, they have a small selection of “fat quarters”, back where the t-shirts and canvas bags are located. It’s pretty expensive- $1.29 for 1/8th of a yard. You’re better off with Wal-mart(many still have a fabric section), Jo-ann’s, or even Hobby Lobby if there’s one near you.
