Does it cost money to use the table cutter thing at kinkos?
Sorry I don’t know what its called. I know you sometimes use it for crafts. Sometimes its a razor on a board, sometimes its more like a handle that cuts the paper.

No, you should be fine. The only things they charge for is if you laminate, copy, use their computers or their big printers. Heck ive been to kinkos only to use the heavy duty 20+ page stapler and they let me use it.
