    You need:
old markers (you can use ones that dont work anymore)
    spray bottle
    white paper
some old news papers to do the project on

first, spray the paper with a little water to make it damp.
then, draw funky desighns or whatever you would like on the paper.
once you are done, spray the paper again and let it dry
it should look really pretty :)

tip: wet the markers a little before you use them too

scrapbooking. get all your pictures together, buy a blank album, get some supplies, and go at it!

My mother has been quilting as long as I can remember. I think this is an art, and a craft. They don’t look easy to me, and quilts are valuable.

No girl your age has enough jewelry.
Go to http://www.diynetwork.com and click on the program Jewelry making. Many projects are expensive but they also had an episode called trash to treasure and recycled (soda pop top) projects.
then go to http://www.hgtv.com and click on the Carol Duval show. She has a virtual craft library after years of demonstrating and featuring other artists. Type in to her site search any materials you may have, like polymer clay or maybe you have a supply of ribbons or a bunch odf seashells. You will get a list of projects that feature your main ingredient!
Both of these sites have step by step instructions and pix of the project with links to the artists and suppliers.

knitting and crocheting are good ways to pass the time. i’m 15 and ive been doing both for a while. there are plety of easy patterns out there, and some of them are really cool. if u want to crochet, then all u need are a couple skeins of yarn (about $2-3 a piece at any hobby store or wal-mart) and a hook (anywhere from a few cents to a dollar depending on where/what kind you get). if you wanna knit then all u need is some knitting needles (ranging from a few cents to a dollar as well) and yarn. ill throw in a couple patterns too. it doesn’t take very long to learn, i taught myself to knit and crochet in one day.

I enjoyed Latch hooking alot when I was your age. They sell latch hooking kits online, on ebay and in stores like WAL-MART , K-MART, JOANN”S, etc. Look in the aisles near the crafts and yarn sections. It’s easy, entertaining and worthwhile, ENJOY!

How about learning Magic tricks! That way you show your friends when you get back from break. I did this last year and my friends enjoy it a lot. Also many of them asked me to teach them.
The tricks I like the most would be card tricks. Please do give it some thought.
