do any of you know a website for selling painted rocks?
i paint rocks and i would like to know a website where people buy and sell rocks or crafts

The only site that comes to mind is Etsy. Members sell EVERYTHING handmade, handpainted on there. Check it out. You have to set up an Paypal account etc…
Have you tried ebay? You don’t have to put things on auction – you can have buy-it-now listings & you could even open an ebay shop!
If you already are selling your crafts (at craft fairs, bazaars, etc) you should consider Ecrater.com. It’s a totally free web storefront. Both Etsy and Ebay charge to list items, charge for pictures and charge when your items actually sell. Ecrater is FREE- no banner ads or anything. My only fees are to Paypal when somebody uses them to pay for an item. Ecrater has a great forum and community board to help you get started, but it’s very easy to learn, and there’s no limit to how many items you can list.
But like every other craft, you really have to get out there and market yourself to develop a customer base. Having a web store is a great marketing tool, but it takes a while for sales to develop. It’s nice to be able to have a business card to hand out, so people can shop when they get home.
If you’re not ready for that step, you can always start a blog. Write a short story about your latest creation and add a picture. Anyone interested in your work can contact you there.
