Different way to do a “things i love about you” craft for boyfriend?

Instead of the old fashion book way what is a way I can make it interesting and different? Only making my man something for valentines day cuz unfortunately won’t have any money :( So want to do a card too. Ideas would be great! Want to make all of this with scrapbooking stuff :)
Also have made them in the past in like strips and put them in a box…don’t want to do that. I’m not sure if I want to do this, but something like it so any ideas are welcomed! Thanks.

I think it would be really cute and fun if you wrote the things you love about him on strips of paper, stuck them in balloons (very inexpensive), blew them up, then stuck them in a big box. In order to read the notes he would have to pop them. He could sit on them, you can take turns, pop them with a pin, etc. And you can use your scrapbooking materials to make a card. You can even use the front and back of a cereal box, cover the boxes designs with contruction paper, then totally deck it out with your materials. You can use a hole punch to punch 3 holes on the edges of the cardboard, then tie togehter with pretty ribbons (super cheap at the craft store). Have fun!

Do guys really like that kind of stuff? Bake him something and make a simple card.

I’m a man and agree with Debidel – most men don’t appreciate the kind of stuff you are suggesting.

I agree. however, I did make this for my hub one time. He needed a small box to carry some small stuff to work every day so I took a small sturdy box & covered it with print outs of funny quotes & sayings (and a few insults) that I had typed out in different fonts & different font sizes. I just cut them out into individual quote strips & glued them randomly onto the box until it was completely covered. He liked it & used it every day until it fell apart.
