Craft – school book covering ideas ?

so for my exersice books for school next year i want to cover my books n make look really cool im going into year 8 and im a girl haha
so yeah i already am ganna cover the binder that our books go into with photos so i want differnt stuff on my books
so does anyone have anyreally cool ideas that make books look really cool or stuff youve done or seen other peoples book covers
oh and i dnt wanna cover them with the covers u buy at shops i wanna make my own 
haha
and i have about 8-10 books to cover
