Craft project: I want to make an “organizer” for a little girl?
Ok I am trying to find a pattern online (free preferably) so I can make a little organizer. You know, a fabric-covered book-like thing with a notepad & pencils & whatnot. Perhaps three-fold, something that shuts on itself & can be carried neatly, for an artistic little girl.
Problem is I have no idea what it’s called, an “organizer” seems pretty vague.
What would this be called?
[and for "bonus points", can you help me find directions how to make one?]

I’ve searched with no good results. My husband has a large selection of tools that have individuall pockets and then rolls up to carry, with a tie that goes around it. Sew a rectangular piece of cloth, sew another larger piece over that, making pockets big enough for her things.
