Cheap crafts stores with free shipping?
Can anyone suggest a cheap arts and crafts store that offers free shipping? I basically just need paint and maybe some wooden cutouts. Thanks.

I haven’t heard of a craft store that is “cheap” and has free shipping but I deal with a craft catologue store that is reliable and has quality products .
