Can people make a living selling crafts on etsy.com?

    A few can, but most don’t. Making a living at selling your handcrafts requires a very high degree of discpline and drivenness that most of us simply do not possess. We are not lazy, by any means, but are simply not driven to the degree required to make a living at it.

    For most of us, it’s an outlet for a hobby. I make jewelry. It’s nice enough, but it’s not my living. The pieces I sell basically pay for more jewelry-making supplies! And, I don’t have to store them; they’re sold.
