If they are not copywrighted or patented then it should be ok to use them. Otherwise, why don’t you buy a blank sheet of stencil material and make your own stencil that is similar with a variation of your own creativity?

I use bought stencils for engraving glass and making jewelry boxes. Since they’re available to the general public at any Craft store, there’s no problem using them to make some spending money. You could also try free hand designs just to make them more personalized. Enjoy your hobby. let the challenges improve your talent!
