It’s hard to tell from the picture, but they look very much like a finger-woven type of bracelet. I’m copying my answer from another question with instructions that might help you out:
It looks like a lot, but really once you get it it’s pretty simple. Good luck!

You start by cutting some embroidery thread. I don’t remember what length you need because it’s been so long since I made one like this, but I would say a yard and a half should be more than enough. I think you usually use 7 strands, but you could probably use 5 or 6 and it would just be smaller. Once you know the basic technique you can experiment.
Fold all the strands in half individually, then tie them all together with one big knot on the end AWAY from the loops. Pin the knot to a sofa arm or tape it to a table – anything that’s comfortable for you and holds it steady. Then put each loop on a different finger, resting the thread on the inside crease of your first knuckle. Start by putting a loop on your left index finger, then your left middle finger, then left ring, left pinky, then right index, right middle, right ring.
Now you’re ready to start weaving the bracelet. Take your right pinky (which shouldn’t have a loop on it) and put it through each of the loops on your left hand, starting with the one on your left pinky. When you get to the last loop (the one on your left index finger), hook it onto your right pinky and pull it back through. Pull your hands apart slightly to tighten the weaving near the top knot. Getting the tension right just takes practice.
Now move all the loops on your left hand over by one finger so that your pinky is free. In other words, move the loop on your left middle finger to your index, the one on the ring to the middle, and the one on the pinky to the ring finger. Doing this transfer can also take a little practice.
Now repeat the process but use your left pinky to go through the loops on your right hand, grabbing the last one and pulling it through. Pull your hands apart to tighten the weaving, and move each loop over one finger on your right hand to free up the pinky.
Continue the process, alternating which pinky you use, until the bracelet is as long as you want. Then remove the loops from your fingers and tie another knot at the end. I usually cut the loops when I’m done so that both ends look the same.
I hope that helps you. If you have further questions, visit me at http://www.brightvillage.etsy.com and click the link that says “contact seller.”
