Buying equiptment for making reborn dolls?

Can anyone tell me the best place in the UK for buying the items needed under one roof for creating reborn dolls.
Secrist in America are wonderful but the postage is so expensive.The Uk do not seem to have anywhere to purchase and get advice. Unless you know different…I have tried ebay,but sellers are too fragmented.
