On my bestfriends 13th birthday we do something special like mabe her birthday present could be going to a movies, get your nails done, horse back riding, take her out for dinner, and if you honestly dont know what to get her you should go with a mall gift card or give her to a store she likes because those are always nice to have so she can decide what to get herself.
