Baby keepsake craft project?

My baby will be 6 months old christmas time. I am looking for a craft project that I can do to hang on the christmas tree. I know there was one with a poem and cutout handprints but I can’t remember it?????

Thanks

I am sorry I don’t know the specific craft you mentioned, but I have a couple of ideas:

How about casting your child’s hand print or foot print in plaster or even salt dough, add a hook to hang on the tree? You can paint it, add glitter or other embellishments. This is also a great gift for new parents :)

Another is using a small photo, and a lovely mini frame. You can hang this on the tree as well, or use it as a key chain (thinking holiday gift ideas).

Anyways, I hope these help! Have a great holiday!

You can find the poem to put on your ornament at http://www.baby-hands.com/posterPoems.asp There are 8 poems to select from. You can find a kit at the craft store to make a plaster duplicate of your baby’s hands.
