Try grouping all similar items together. Have a scrapbook section, wood section, kids section etc.

Have all items needed for a project together on a display with a finished item featured on top. Have a display for a kids project, adult project, scrapbooking, etc. Also try advertising a special day of featured crafts people showing off their skills and teaching free classes.

If you have a window, decorate it for kids. Put signs ‘You can make this’ ‘Fun to make’, etc and some of the craft items you carry. You’ll hook them before they walk in the door.
