Are the Scotch brand of scrapbooking supplies ok?

I want to try to find a way to recycle them as their is no recycling where I am living.

   well, i think the scotch brand is okay..U can start recycling some paper based stuff to be put on your scrap book

   As long as you use the stuff that is labeled as “Photo-safe” & “Acid-free” you will have no problems.
